At FAE we understand that service after the sale is what builds trust in us and loyalty to the Pierce apparatus. Keeping your trucks and equipment in service is our primary concern and that is why we are partnered with the area’s top fire equipment service center, Red Power Diesel Service.

The benefits to using this Pierce Level 1 service facility are countless and include the following:

Factory Trained Service Technicians
Service personnel are factory-trained by Pierce to be experts at fixing and maintaining your apparatus. We provide scheduled preventative maintenance services and repairs to your truck including: engine and transmission rebuilding and repair, brakes, suspension, hydraulic, electrical and body work. Repair work specific to fire apparatus available includes: pump & pump transmission, intake and discharge valves, foam systems, tank coating, and plumbing.

Mobile Repair Services
In addition to its shop capabilities, Red Power Diesel Service has mobile service available to respond quickly to your location when a repair is needed and can be provided at your fire department. Pump testing can also be done right at your station with our portable testing equipment, or if you choose, at our inside pump test facility.

On-site Pierce Parts Inventory
Red Power Diesel Service carries a large inventory of Pierce parts. If you need something that is not held in inventory, we will get it directly from the factory for you – whatever it takes to keep your truck on the road and ready to respond.

Refurbishment Services
If you need something rebuilt or added to your existing truck, we can meet your requests and specifications. Adding or rebuilding the following equipment is just some of what we can do for you: skid units, water tanks, ladder lifts, portable tank lifts, generators, emergency lighting, A.C. lighting, foam systems and cascade systems.
